Pros

Individual contributors, HR professionalism, great customer satisfaction. I plan to stay to see if I can outlast the eStaff. The individual contributors are worth it. FANTASTIC people there.

Cons

eStaff poorly leading, eStaff poorly communicating, complex change leadership management is poor, internal communication is not transparent or accurate, tools to manage your business do not exist, expectations of success while all this is happening is high.
