Pros

A few genuine individuals who do their best to improve company culture and the overall work environment. The CEO is extremely approachable, genuine and transparent.

Cons

Too many to list but here are a few of the highlights... > Attrition > Constant change in direction and strategy > "No Jerks" policy was published but not practiced > Nonexistent culture > Zombies in engineering > The campus leaves something to be desired

Pros

Great people. Great market opportunity with DDI, cloud automation, and security. Great customers, over 8000 well know customers globally.

Cons

Current CEO simply will not listen. Opportunities to migrate to SaaS offerings are huge, but reliance on product refresh cycles will kill the company. Further, he has brought in way too many big enterprise company (Cisco) employees. Exec and middle management are not aligned. Culture is being destroyed.
