      1. Great working environment 2. Team synergy/collaborative spirit is great 3. Integrity is top of mind when dealing with customers and partners alike 4. The brand has great reputation in the marketplace it operates in 5. It has a corporate program in place to give back to the community

      Cons

      1. As with all US organizations, the recent interest hikes have impacted operations 2. As with all US companies, the availability of necessary documents needed to engage customers in the APAC region can be improved.
