      Huge amounts of talent here. Great culture. Best management team I’ve ever had. Opportunity for growth and self development. Great mentoring. Continued Ed ucation support.

      Funding for tools not built in house. Lack of aligned process and tool use across team.

      Really good products, used to be a great culture

      CEO does not do what he says he will do. Just the same as when he was at Cisco.
