      A lot of good stuff going on

      Pros

      Clear vision and direction forward. Strong global leadership team. Great employee programs and right type of investment and focus on building culture, teams and connection especially since covid and start or remote work. Good investment in training and development programs and learning tools. A lot of flexibility and autonomy give to employees to try out new ideas and take on new projects Nice people overall

      Cons

      Still very US-centric and many trainings and programs still not accessible to global employees. Need to improve on cross functional and cross geographic collaboration. Could stand to be a bit more execution focused and assertive culturally.
