      Pros

      Company strives to hire really nice, sweet human beings so the culture at the company is just fabulous. I am pretty sure even a toxic person will become a good human after working here for some time (I know how ridiculous it sounds but it is ridiculously true). I used to think it is only my team who is nice so my sample size is small but when I met more people in person in office, I realised it is true across the organisation. We get industry standard facilities/leaves/salary etc. You can't really complain about anything. We get recognised with spot bonuses from time to time when you go above and beyond. They promote you to higher positions for your work quality and not number of YOE.

      Cons

      None really. It is all great.

      Heavenly place to work and grow yourself with Infoblox

      Pros

      Good work place. Friendly environment. Everyone responds professionally. Lots of extra perks and team outing. Takes care of your health (if you follow extra activities provided in the company) They have a good culture.

      Cons

      Nothing much to talk about negative, lots of people are not bold enough to speak out the problems or ideas, but if there is any anonymous complaint box or anonymous review link (where anyone can put there feedback), could help Infoblox to get a better idea 💡 on what your employees are expecting.
