* Go and Kubernetes focused, good internal tooling. Lots to learn and try out * People are friendly and helpful. Not arrogant but genuinly care about work and opinions. Amazing people just to chat with. People have deep knowledge and experience in technologies, interesting to learn from * Salary and benefits are good, on market level * Remote. Little to no control. You manage yourself how to deliver tasks. They trust you in leading. * Manager was very supportive and friendly. Despite different views on a particular life/work topic, he suppoprted me and that was extremely professional. Astonished to this day by impartial attitude!

Cons

* Working with people across multiple time zones slows down the process sometimes * Given the company and team size managing work tickets is a mess. Confusing. They try very hard to manage it but you know it is just a hard task
