Pros

Tacoma is very employee oriented from thinking about how the office amenities and how the office functions for the employees to employee events. Looking forward to the company picnic at Cheney Stadium.

Cons

There is not really a downside other than fewer employees are in the office due to the pandemic. The positive is employees have a choice to be in office, work remotely or work on a hybrid basis.

Good work-life balance. You get to work with the latest technology stack. All the employees are very carefully hired and are technically competent. Good place if you wish to grow technically.
