Hr and management in Trivandrum office is the worst. Company offers good perks but managers in Trivandrum office are horrible

Cons

The management keeps pressurising employees and does not appreciate the hard work they put in. The indian managers are WORST, and have no respect for employees and often treated like a slave. They claim to have "no jerks" as their prime policy even though the managers sets an irony on the same.

Great Work place to work , awesome benefits like Free Food, Recreation Room , Games like TT , Pool. Work life balance is really good , and they do recognize your efforts if you really work hard. Amazing support from Peers , Managers especially who joined from previous vendor companies . QA team is amazing , lot of opportunities to work with good technologies like AWS, Azure , Python ,etc. No Internal Politics , first company to see this..! Even in one of the Event , got a chance to have food with Jesper ..! This is how the Culture of Infoblox is ..! Everyone are same ... Bangalore Company Location is one more added advantage .

Need IJP's like employees who have learnt new Technologies , they don’t have any opportunities to switch in same company ..!!(so giving three stars for career opportunities )
