Thank you for your feedback on Infoblox, including our great compensation and position in the market. With 20+ years in the industry and over 13,000 customers, we're proud of what we've accomplished as an organization including receiving a 2023 Fortress Cyber Security Award in Network Security for BloxOne Threat Defense. While we don't yet offer employee stock, we are excited to see where the next 3+ years of growth, innovation, and record breaking revenue take us.

Pros

As a whole the Infoblox is great place to work for facilities, salary and benefits.

Cons

The whole department of customer Success is dissolved and new leadership doesn't understand importance of CSM in the organisation.

Thank you for your comment. To help us better meet the evolving needs of our customers, we decided to embed post-sales customer support into other parts of the organization, which will allow our account teams, technical pre-sales teams, professional services teams, and renewal teams to focus on the entire customer journey rather than just a component of the journey. Unfortunately, this change did affect the CSM team members. While eliminating roles is always a tough decision, we are doing our best to support the affected employees through severance pay, outplacement services, and of course other internal job opportunities.
