      Pros

      Some orgs are really good and their culture and people and work life balance.

      Cons

      Opposite to what I said above as pros. Some engineering orgs are so clueless and micromanaging, no work life balance at all. They want you work 24/7. Their poor management and lack of proper planning take a toll on the mental peace.
