Pros

I joined Infoblox because my former invited me over to join his group. Very quickly I realized that company was not managed properly even though they have good products very much stuck in the 80's and no modern thought or processes. I left as quickly I joined. People are good and benefits are also good but management mindset needs a refresher.

Cons

Please reevaluate your methodology and change how your working within the company. Need to totally rethink on different business units are doing their job.
