Pros
-i just started couple days ago, so this review is only based off the initial join period -blox buddy program is really nice. They are often experienced mentors who help you ramp up -everybody i have met at infoblox so far is extremely nice. Everybody is open to help! - large variety of technologies to learn + use -huge onboarding programs with lots of. videos to learn what the company does, what it plans to do, and how they do it better. Its nice to be in tune with the company's goals regardless of position -as a fresh grad, this is a great place no doubt!
Cons
-Unsure about WFH policies in the future. COVID uncertainty also plays a role in this -mentioned as a pro as well, but there is also huge amount of onboarding videos, where some of them are pretty repetitive i.e. dont harass people, do these personalized surveys etc.
