      Great colleagues, leader vendor in ddi space, enthusiastic CEO

      Cons

      it's going downhill since about a year, dozens of great talent left and still are leaving. lower management aren't good. learning curve goes down, ridiculous high prices to reach the ARR goals, no growth opportunities and they dont promote from within most of the time. oh and I forgot, bad pays but new hires will get double your salary
