      Not a bad place to work

      Pros

      Good work-life balance (most of the time) Nice team-mates and co-workers in general. Haven't met any jerks after many years here. Profitable company at the moment Company morale is good. Was tough after the 2016 lay-offs, but looks to have recovered now.

      Cons

      No RSUs Development team gets dragged into customer issues quite frequently. Since it's DNS, some issues require 4-hourly updates. Not sure if the SaaS pivot is succeeding. It's been a few years, but doesn't look rosy to me. Not much time for career development.

      Best place for the guys with 1 or 2 years of experience

      Entry level package is less for Experienced candidates
