Pros

Wonderful and helpful coworkers. Managers are like friends and guide, great place to grow with full of opportunities, good work- life balance , office provides with all the facilities and the best part the office culture is too good. Feel fresh even when you are leaving for the day after the whole day of hard work!

Cons

No CAB facilities available, reimburses transport for Night shift employees and people leaving late.

Pros

Great technology, passionate people, market leading solutions. With a great customer base and new enhancements every 6 months there's never a problem reaching out to end users to talk about something new

Cons

Significant change in sales management and product management over the last 2 years, still not stabilised. Field staff outside the head office often forgotten for updates and all-hands meetings, promise of senior management visits often don't eventuate or are rescheduled at the last minute which negatively impacts customers

Core values, fun to work with amazing people, good perks, scope of career growth, free meals, flexible work culture....

Cons

Specific to BLR office : wish we had cabs for office commute. .. but I know this will be resolved soon.
