Mature company with good policies & procedures. No dirty tricks No politics & very professional

Cons

Career growth & quality projects to work for. At least in the org that i work for am not happy with the quality of work & tech stack. Dont have a path for engineers to rotate to other orgs. This is a con. Careers growth & opportunities. There is no plan from management on this
