      Leader in DDI but losing its culture and edge.

      Pros

      Lots of freedom given to developers. Pay is decent. Perks are decent if you're in one of the major sites like HQ, Tacoma or India. Leader in DDI.

      Cons

      Revenue is mostly generated by older products but investments has been sorely neglected. Dead man walking feel to it. Hiring in India hasn't been the best. Turnover is high and new people keep coming in to patch up the main revenue generators. Newer products are nowhere near ready after 4 years plus. Management were overconfident of its success and let older product slowly die. Trying to reverse the trend now but it's a bit too late. Lots of experience has been lost through layoff and high attrition after that. Firefighting. No more RSUs since it's been taken private.

      Pros

      Free food, washing machine, ice cream, improve your experience on the tech level..

      Cons

      Huuuuuge lack of proper management. Looks like this company is ideal for the management people who have got the position and sitting there collecting paychecks. I don't understand the headquarters in the US why they lost control of the Indian team but it's getting worse and worse. Please hire a more efficient audit team to get rid of the rotten management (they have taken advantage of the position they occupy) in India and hire proper people otherwise you will lose prestige on the market.

      Pros

      Good company, good benefits and good environment to work.

      Cons

      Some People are awaful and giving preference to Malayalaies... Hard for others to go up in ladder. Management is not aware of all matter happen in low level.
