Buddy program - New hires are assigned with a Buddy who would help you with all your questions regarding company, your job, etc. Employee benefits are many. Co workers are very friendly.

Cons

None as of now. Work environment is really good.

Pros

No commuting to Seattle or Bellevue! Stay close to home and keep your big city salary. Great culture, cool building/environment, flexible PTO, competitive benefits, lots of perks - snacks/drinks, games, fun company events, chair massage, yoga. While other companies are cutting these perks to save cost, Infoblox is keeping up.

Cons

The company runs lean in some departments.

Pros

I have recently joined Infoblox and working from Bengaluru office. The best part about this company is that the managers believe in getting work done - no matter whether you work from home/office. This gives a lot of flexibility to the employees. The colleagues here are very helpful and so is the HR and other team members. Really happy to be a part of this company.
