Ownership and impact: As a UX Designer II, I have had the opportunity to take ownership of design initiatives and contribute meaningfully to product improvements. 4. Recognition and feedback: Efforts are acknowledged, and feedback from peers and leadership helps in continuous improvement. 5. Leadership support: Managers are approachable and supportive, providing guidance when needed without micromanaging.
