      Good company benefits till the time you don't resign

      Cons

      HR team wants you to follow all their policies and commitments, but they themselves can and will backout of every one of their commitments. HR team will try and not pay or snatch every single rupee from you once you resign - from employee first, they become ME FIRST

      Pros

      Infoblox has got a very good culture.Its fun working here,get to work on on lot of different technologies.Even during tough time as COVID ,we had no reduction in headcount.Infoblox would be the best place to work for someone who wants to settle and have a good work life balance.

      Cons

      Pay for people working on on Prem(NIOS) solution should be made more competent.
