Pros

Clarity of vision - Pleasantly surprised at the clarity of vision at every level. At a recent townhall, leadership shared where they are guiding the ship to. Very clear on the business goals and what it would take to achieve them given the current information. Helpful colleagues - Everyone seems to help each other out. And there is a lot of things to learn so you need all the help you can Domain experts - Another pleasant surprise is the avg tenure of the team. People who join tend to stay (albeit caveat here is that I dont know the turnover rate at this point) but the general observation is that folks are very very tenured. So they know their stuff when they talk about things. As someone rightly said, Infoblox is small enough that you have room to grow and large enough to that you can have a large sized impact

Cons

Documentation. Having come from a document heavy company, the place has internal documents spread across and some of them dated. This is challenging especially when we want to build Agentic AI systems or RAGs for proprietary data which is not on doc. No internal platform to share videos of presentations. No indexing and easy search to go back and refer to demos of features or knowledge sharing.

Thank you for sharing. We are glad the clarity of vision, helpful colleagues, and depth of domain expertise are coming through for you. Your notes on documentation sprawl and dated content, plus the lack of a central place to share and search presentation videos, are helpful. Strong, findable knowledge is essential for day to day execution and for future AI use cases. If you can point us to specific pain points or high value content that should be centralized first, please share them with your manager or through our feedback channels so we can focus where it helps most. We appreciate your perspective and the momentum you are bringing.

Pros

Benefits are ok. Company has potential I guess. But after 25 years you’d hope they could have figured it out.

Cons

Company direction is lackluster. Direction changes faster than the wind. Leadership has no idea what they are doing or what the products even are. Over the last few years just keep adding more and more management levels. Zero culture.

Thank you for sharing this perspective. We understand how uncertainty around strategy, org structure, and culture can feel frustrating, and we value clear priorities, simple structures, and a strong sense of community. Our strategy remains focused on a small set of priorities that guide planning and accountability. Leaders stay close to products, customers, and the field so decisions reflect real needs. When the organization changes, the intent is to clarify ownership, streamline handoffs, and speed decisions. Culture matters to us, and we aim for it to show up in everyday behavior, constructive feedback, and visible recognition. If your experience feels different, specific examples will help us understand and respond. For more on current initiatives, BloxHub and the Employee Experience portal share updates on strategy, culture programs, and ways to get involved. We appreciate your candor and contributions, and we are committed to making Infoblox a place where every employee can grow and succeed.

Pros

Fantastic people. Everyone is really nice. They value teamwork, inclusion community, & growth - you can see/feel that every day. They have great benefits. Offer a lot of learning/training opportunities. Some people bring their dogs in, which I also love. Very nice office. I could seriously go on and on.

Cons

I can't really think of any. After 5 years of WFH, I am now going into the office on Tuesdays & Thursdays. I thought I would hate that part, but it is nice to be around the people that I am working with (and those in other departments) for teamwork, brainstorming, etc. - so I don't even count the commute as a con.

Thank you for the five-star review and for sharing your experience. It’s great to hear the teamwork, inclusion, learning opportunities, benefits, and office environment are landing, with bonus points for the office dogs :). We appreciate your note about finding value in the in-office days after years of remote work; building ideas together in person can be energizing. Thanks for the positive momentum you’re bringing to the team.
