Great work Ethics. Great people to work with, HR team is great and always response to anything important Work from Home No micro management. Lot of opportunities to learn and grow. No one takes away your credit. Mostly flat as an organisation and higher management being accessible. Research Lab, R & D Facilities Company is in a continuous transformation which makes everyday learning.

Food in cafeteria is Ok. need more improvement on Canteen facility

Work culture- they mean it when they say it Benefits Office environment (Offshoot of a great culture)

Cons

Direction: a lot is being said but there is still churn on the ground due to lack of a clear direction Jerks do exist and thrive within certain teams despite the company's no jerk policy Silent power games: with a major chunk of leaders, long time employees leaving due to the changes in the company in the past few years the next layer of management is going through a silent power struggle of sorts. You can see it evidently clear in the manner certain individuals control hiring/budget decisions in key regions
