These are confidential tests and medical reports are collected by the employee themselves. Employees usually procrastinate such tests either for the cost or the time involved in such tests. Infoblox pays for these tests and also schedules them on our behalf. That really helps ! *Premium Account on programs like Virgin Pulse* Such programs encourage employees to lead a healthy lifestyle. Periodic Company challenges on such programs also helps to build a good rapport with employees at other global sites. *Yoga Program* This is my personal favorite . A yoga instructor visits Trivandrum office . I have joined this program and positive results were clearly seen on my health checkup reports. *Mini Gym at office* We have a good treadmill and Elliptical trainer at office.

The Infoblox social environment is stable and comfortable and there is a healthy and balanced work ethic. Products are well understood and work definition is solid.
