      Pros

      Sales management is fair, supportive and cares about the team. Excellent products, good support , training and sales engineers.

      Cons

      A lot of process and reporting has been added some of which seems to be unnecessary.

      Pros

      They take great care of the employees. The culture inside the organization is great. Remote work allows people from different regions 'in the world' to be part of this great company. From top management down, all people is reachable and always willing to help others.

      Cons

      the company went from private to public and now back to private again. The bonus of shares for the employees has been lost. Hopefully they implement new incentives. Some areas need to work tighter in order to achieve joint ventures and goals. As a foreign employee, the salary is not equal to that of the US based employees.
