- Amazing product and fit in the market - I have an amazing sales team in my region - SE quality is one of the best I've seen - Gartner leader in DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) - Our transition into security is perfect timing and provides huge value for our customers - I trust the leadership of our CEO - Overall, really great people across the board

Cons

- Lots of change lately, but all for the best in terms of our future - We are still evolving from the micromanagement of the previous regime - We have a lot of internal systems that can make someone's head spin

More a 2.5 Rating, but things there went downhill fast a couple years ago

Pros

(From the perspective of a 2013 departure) A solid flagship solution with many good engineers and solution experts and a great physical environment. There was a lot of ambition and velocity pre-IPO and great plans to keep growing. My original team was a great, dynamic team.

Cons

Post IPO, new management was tone deaf and stubbornly pointed in new direction, which killed morale and revenue (as reflected by stock value). Plus, it was a very bad culture that can best be described as "tech-bro"and "sales-bro" with many sleazy practices that were eventually noticed.
