Pros

Most folks are quite sharp and know their product well. Reasonable idea as to the business drivers in the networking field and trying to get ahead of wherever "cloud" is going.

Cons

perhaps a bit too quick into the whole "cloud" thing and didn't always allow the older products to sell as they could. MAY be a bit HQ centric.

Market leader in their defined space for DNS, DHCP and IP address management. Widely recognizable customers that love their products. Global footprint.

Cons

Not in a position to compete for the best talent in Silicon Valley. On campus perks were already minimal when they started disappearing. No respected boundaries between work and personal life.
