Pros

Good personal relationships, local teams were great.

Cons

Sales estaff is punitive and don't lead. Too much emphasis on bookkeeping and SFDC, not on actually selling. Expect a bad quarter.

Pros

Great people. Great market opportunity with DDI, cloud automation, and security. Great customers, over 8000 well know customers globally.

Cons

Current CEO simply will not listen. Opportunities to migrate to SaaS offerings are huge, but reliance on product refresh cycles will kill the company. Further, he has brought in way too many big enterprise company (Cisco) employees. Exec and middle management are not aligned. Culture is being destroyed.
