      Pros

      Strong core product; generally happy customer base; great field team. Deep in the center of the largest networks. CEO willing to take any question in front of whole team. Big upside if they can come up with cool new products.

      Cons

      Exec management very new and from larger company backgrounds. Could do better job communicating the strategy and focusing.

      Pros

      Great people who believe in their product and are willing to talk to you about what they do. Lots of opportunity to interact with all departments.

      Cons

      Not much bad to say about them. They are very technical, so it can be difficult to adjust sometimes. Also, some managers can be unreasonable in their expectations, though that isn't anything new.
