Pros
Great networking opportunities Still has that "small company" feel High pay (especially for an internship!) "Lunch & learn" events to raise awareness about other departments & their functionality Wide open doors - if I want to learn a skill or learn more about a particular role, I can schedule time with top level executives & work on projects for them The CEO of the company (Jesper Andersen) and founder (Stuart Bailey) made an effort to get to know the interns and talk to them. This was one of the coolest parts of the programs.
Cons
Initially management seems unorganized Slow IT turnover times (I've had a broken monitor for over a week - submitted a ticket for it via IT, but nobody has gotten back to me yet) Often expected to work overtime
