Great camaraderie, great market share and an interesting new security product to speak to customers about. We are clearly head and shoulders above the competition and have a following with our customers. Need to continue providing good products to the market that customers will flock to.

Cons

Opportunities are hard to come by, need focus on the right product and delivering on time so we can increase our market share. Culture is changing dramatically and several top executives have left or have announced that they are leaving. Makes thing very unstable at this time and people will be following them out the door.

You can learn how to be slave driven! Linux platform with open source. You can get promoted if you know how to please execs.

Cons

Nothing much to learn. HR asks people to post positive posts because they can't find people. Talk to people who left. Be ready to please the clue less management and be ready to rat out on your colleagues. If you can't do this then forget this company.

Working at infoblox is great, you tend to have a very big grasp on your daily tasks & the organization thereof. They set the targets, you realize them.. And everything is peachy..

Cons

Even though you get a lot of possibilities in the NAM/US region, there's little to no advancement possibilities in EMEA.
