Dedicated, Experienced Managers and VP's Rewarded for personal Initiative and work Can ask any person in company for assistance in resolving issues Pride in Customer Focus and Engineering Quality of products and solutions Friendly with Can-do! attitude co-workers Just went Public, so Stock Options are now actually worth $$ Many financial benefits for those who wish to take advantage of offerings Small company, everyone knows everyone Infoblox is very well thought of within the Tech Industry, expect offers from recruiters all the time Really enjoy working at Infoblox, and I only work at places I enjoy, life is too short to do otherwise

Like all start-ups, Lots of work! No such thing as a 9 to 5 job at Infoblox Pay is a little lower than some other Network Device Vendors Small company, everyone knows everyone. You can not hide. If you do not cut it here within a relatively short time, you will be let go
