Continuous challenges and opportunities to thrive. There is little to no internal competition for exceeding performance expectations. Collaborative and supportive environment within teams.

Cons

Pay a bit below average. Different departments tend to be more isolated than they should for a company which is still growing and proving itself to the market.

I enjoyed my time with the company, I was friends with the people a worked with so I guess that helped a lot.

didn't have any salary increase for a couple of years. Salary I think was a little below market rate.

intense, executes correctly, teaching me what it takes to get things done. Company knows what it takes ot deliver value that the Street appreciates. Unlike fluff-based Internet IPOs, Infoblox provides real value.

Cons
