      new leadership has brought uncertainty to the company. They just fired 50 highly skilled professionals in June 2023

      Overall good company with great professionals

      Cons

      Uncertainty with recent leadership changes. Customer post-sales organization has lost leadership and customer case teams have been parked under sales, where they are now slowly being eliminated.

      Just like so many tech companies, Infoblox has had to make some staffing adjustments during these volatile times. While eliminating roles is always a touch decision, we are doing our best to support affected employees through severance pay, outplacement services, and of course other internal job opportunities. We will also continue to support our customers through several other groups within Infoblox.

      One of the best I worked for

      Pros

      Professional and friendly work culture with a niche product. Excellent compensation and loved by customers and employees. They have "No Jerks" policy; can you believe it. Should be one of the most sought after companies for employment, in my opinion.

      Cons

      They hiring process was exhaustive, especially some of the exams that I had to take.

      Recently seeing a trend in external recruitment in preference of internal promotion for executive positions.
