      Pros

      Infoblox is a great place to work! There is a lot of opportunity to grow within this organization and advance your career. The culture is wonderful - the people are kind, extremely helpful, and open to new ideas. Training has been exceptional and includes a week long in-person class as well as online videos.

      Cons

      Infoblox is growing at a rapid pace and things are changing quickly - being agile is important.

      When you work hard and commit the time and energy that is required to effect change, it is great to have the support of your leadership and peers. Infoblox is brimming with folks willing to help whenever you ask for it.

      Of course no place is perfect, and our Leadership is working to address the issues that hinder our ability to innovate and scale.

      Pros

      Infoblox actually walks-the-walk when it comes to its values. Everyone is eager to help, I've never reached out to someone and felt like I was being a burden. I'm a boomerang employee and after experiencing a couple of other companies can safely say Infoblox is a great place to be and grow a career with.

      Cons

      Some teams are moving back to an office setting from remote.
