I have never worked for a company where the culture and people are so amazing. It took my a while to get used to and now I consider myself one of the lucky ones to work here. The management is the best I have ever seen, they are so supportive and truly want to see you succeed. Even upper management they care about you, fight for you and want you to be successful. Extra bonuses: I get to work from home which I love, also have a desk in the office when I do go in, free lunches on Tues/Thurs, training classes and a blox buddy that is always there to help you, strategic yet fun weekly 1:1 with my mgr, amazing referral bonuses.
