      Pros

      Culture is very important, and it does come top down. Development is offered and encouraged, along with career ladders. We've increased paid parental leave to 12 weeks for the primary care-giver and have just launched a program to support women returning to the workplace.

      Cons

      Work and life balance are a struggle, as there is always more to do, and a push do it faster. We are struggling to scale to growth in some areas, but the need is known and is starting to be addressed.
