      Good learning environment, management is a mess at times and can’t decide on what work to commit to.

      Pros

      Good autonomy and work-life balance. The pay is decent for Tacoma. You are able to own your work even as an intern.

      Cons

      Management is a mess the majority of the time. Real lack of organization and communication between teams.

      Pros

      Flexibility to work from home especially during Covid, generous PTO, good work place culture, a focus on their company values

      Cons

      Some of the benefits could be more competitive, for example HSA contributions, retirement match and maternity leave
