Pros

New CEO that joined just as I was leaving, who seemed humble and smart. Old-school product is cash cow. Nice and smart people.

Cons

The CRO, CFO and new CPO all fought with each other. This is a company that is way behind the curve on software, let alone AI. The Chief Engineering Officer claims to be able to do everything themselves. Right. Also, there are way too many people that brought the horrible culture from Palo Alto and Cisco - which are known to be real cut throat companies full of jerks. Playbooks is simple: hire people from Palo Alto and Cisco and replicate whatever worked there at IB. That ain't gonna work folks - especially because NO ONE knows this company outside of its teeny domain.

Unclear expectations: Sometimes we can become frustrated if their day-to-day duties don't align with their job description or if expectations are poorly defined. This can also lead to an increased workload.
