- Work life balance, most of the employees are on WFH - Good clients and projects, most of them are on latest tech stack - HR team tries its best to maintain joyous culture, celebrations at almost all occasions - Timely handling of service requests, clear processes - Accessibility to seniors/leaders at Gurugram center - Company encourages learning, certification on latest and relevant tech stack - everyday snacks and lunch buffet once a month

Cons

- Growth may be slow, sticking in comfort zone may lead to stagnation - Compensation may not be competitive as per work
