No Growth No Nice Increment Management is not OK

1) Poor growth in terms of Career. 2) A manager and a software engineer may have the same duties to perform most of the time. So irrespective of your experience you may always remain a developer. 3) Managers are highly incompetent. No managerial skills at all. One cannot learn anything from them. 4) Top management is the worst. Its a family run business. They are only concerned about the daily earnings. 5) Company has no future vision or aim for itself. 6) Company has just a couple of big clients feeding the enitre organization. No new engagements. 7) Marketing and Sales team are super idiots. they are busy fooling the management with false RFP and RFI requests. 8) Finance department too has a bunch of super idiots. 9) A typical small company which can irritate you in many ways. 10) HIRE and FIRE policy. If they pay you well they can fire you anytime if they lose the project for any reason. 11) You live in constant fear of getting fired anytime. 12) In 20 years they have not grown at all. You guys have an employee strength of 1000 for last 20 years. 13) WORST Place for FRESHERS to start their career. 14) One can be forced to do anything , any project, any technology and to go to any client location irrespective of ur skillsets and experience. 15) Handled recession very badly. Exploited employees like anything. Many were fired, forced to go on unpaid leaves and rest were made to work on less than half their salaries. 16) Though work life balance is good but it all depends on ur manager and most of the project managers are bullsh*.
