No cons as such its too early to say but i can say this is right time to join the company

1. While on Rolls you will feel hte incompetent Leadership with lack of decisive ability in every meeting at every juncture 2. The Leaders are pretty much spineless & scared of owning and defending their teams leading to bad decisions & lack of accountability thereby inducing a distorted disconnected team 3. No transparency on the bonuses +appraisal amounts .It is at the wish & whim of the "daddy" sitting at the top on how much bonus to be dispersed to whom 4.The Company shared FNF payslip after almost 2 yrs with lots of inexplicable deductions ...when chased after they had no clarifications & stopped replying ! They deducted B1 VISA cost ...I mean really ??? did the employee tell u to stamp it for them ??? not in my case ....then why did you pass on the VISA cost to me ??? 5. They had credited 3 lacs as Performance bonus but since i resigned they took it back from me threatening to withhold seamless exit .& to top it they deducted tax on that post my exit ...now i owe so much TAX to the govt of india for the money which never came to me. Talk about ''Employee Benefits " 6.This company is ok for small kids , freshers but beyond that it cannot do justice to middle /senior level managers 7.A Very very Sexist +Misogynist & Patriarchal mindset with lots of effort going in hiding their own insecurities . 8 It is not their culture to digest and accept outsiders who bring a fresh perspective to their stale homegrown redundant mindset .
