Good Food and Good People

Cons

Only Flattery works in this practice. You can get your friends and relatives hired without qualifications. No appreciation for good work. Expect to keep working like dogs. 9.5 hrs/day. Threatened to release if you are unable to work over a weekend.

If you are good at licking boots then this company is for you...

Cons

No HR policies, No growth, No Management, Bunch of cheaters.. they can cheat on the client too so cheating an employee is not a big thing. being jobless is far better then joining this hopeless company. if you are working in big brand then joining infogain is suicidal. most of the employees are manner less and if you believe in professionalism and hard work then don't spoil your resume and career by joining this faltu company.
