Have friendly working environment and job security as long as you work diligently. Here you may not get hike but yet you have job security.

Cons

Not much hikes are provided despite getting good ratings from your manager. Still promotions are based on the years of experience not based on the performance.

Salary as per market standard. Fully WFH Job since 2020 There is no Micro management (Depend on your manager & Project) If there is no constant project , they try to aligned you with new project till the time you can enjoy Bench & upskill.

Cons

No yearly salary hike No Promotion only WFH No Bonus , No Diwali Gift , No Party , No Fun Friday If you you are on bench and didn't get project HR come to you daily and asked you for forceful resignation. If in between of your notice period they got any opportunity they asked you to come back hahahahahha
