There is absolutely no support or even constructive feedback from leadership, and deadlines change on a whim. The company culture consists of being pressured to pay for the CEO's self-help seminars and retreats. Also, they're a web development firm with a website that hasn't been updated in years and still lists staff that left 4+ years ago.
