Pros

Infolob gave me my first opportunity as a fresher, and I'm very grateful for that. It provided a strong learning curve and helped me build a solid foundationfor my career. The previous management was supportive, encouraged employee learning, organized technical sessions, town halls, and team outings, and genuinely cared about employee growth. It was a good place to start a career.Im talking about only previous

Cons

--work culture has changed significantly over the past year with the change in management. Communication and leadership have become inconsistent, and employee engagement has declined. Activities such as town halls, team-building events, and learning initiatives have reduced considerably. there is a lack of transparency in handling both employees and client relationships. --; current leadership lacks a clear strategy for client acquisition and retention. Instead of driving business growth and strengthening customer relationships, the company has struggled to retain existing clients. --; I experienced a lot of micromanagement from some Inexperienced managers/leads they feel like they are superiors and acted as if they were above everyone else. but in real they are puppets to the management(Few of them are surviving there with fake experience with sweet words to the management and struggling to get the opportunities outside ). Instead of trusting employees and giving them ownership, they closely monitored every small task This created a stressful work environment and affected team morale. --: I also noticed some unprofessional behaviour that made a few female colleagues uncomfortable. Leads/Managers even one leadership guy managing the people instead managing the clients Management should focus on treating everyone fairly, maintaining professionalism, and building a culture of trust and respect. --; One major concern was the delay in PF deposits. Timely credit of employees' PF contributions should be a basic responsibility, but there were repeated longterm delays, affecting both current and former employees they dont even credit after employee left the org we need to beg them daily. --; Compensation/Hike: I think i should talk less about this. They don't even conduct Performance Reviews for employees who are doing the favour only gets hikes --: Lastly HR and PMO teams lacked ownership and proactive communication. Many employee concerns and operational issues were not addressed efficiently, leading to unnecessary delays and frustration. If i want to talk Directly they don't know their jobs what to do?how to do ?seriously man they don't nd they won't :) Finally, I hope the CEO, Vijay, gets honest feedback about the current situation within the organization. My experience suggests there is a disconnect between senior leadership and the day-to-day challenges faced by employees. Listening to employees and acting on their feedback could help rebuild trust and improve the company culture.
