      The staff are friendly and welcoming. Great work life balance.

      Cons

      Lack of communication between areas of the business. Doesn’t feel like there are many opportunities for career progression

      Pros

      Few, some people were nice and good basic benefits. Nice managers.

      Cons

      Low progression, extreme favouritism, low salary for London, no proper guidance given. Bad gossips and backstabbing each other. Throughout my working period here, I noticed they constantly recruiting for similar positions.
