When I saw the review on Glassdoor talking about the chaos, I assumed it was just a disgruntled employee. Well, I made it 1 year and found my way out. No competitive product to sell and numbers are tossed around here and there. Terrible company. Glad I am out. I have peace of mind.

Pros

Business appears to be cruising along. Benefits are decent and they pay a large share as they are European based / quasi socialist (France). If you are in the latter part of your career and want to ride off into the sunset this may be a good company for you.

Cons

Office is boring, products aren't innovative, lacking leadership, run by the "old guard". Disconnect between home office and ROW. Commission rates are dropping year after year as true organic growth has slowed tremendously over the last five years. Most sales are uphill battles - competition has become fierce over the years.
