The financial publications and events part of the business is a mess. Management is disrespectful and just plain rude. They take advantage of their staff! You have to work above your pay grade for at least a year to show you can do the job that you want to be promoted for before they will ever promote you. Even then, promotions have to be begged for and you never feel like you are being rewarded for hard work, you are made to feel like there are doing you a favour.
