Office is boring, products aren't innovative, lacking leadership, run by the "old guard". Disconnect between home office and ROW. Commission rates are dropping year after year as true organic growth has slowed tremendously over the last five years. Most sales are uphill battles - competition has become fierce over the years.

The financial publications and events part of the business is a mess. Management is disrespectful and just plain rude. Nearly the entire staff quit when the new management was hired just over a year ago. Nobody knows what they're doing and certainly the focus is not on quality but gimmicks. Don't expect to get any commission as the spending it out of control. Staff are extremely overworked and frustrated, toxic culture full of anxiety. Bleak career progression prospects. Managerial constant reassurance that everyone is performing poorly, inadequately, not creative enough, being too plain vanilla. There is so much push from management to get better that there is more meetings and no actual time to work.
